Privacy Policy

OrgOrbit is an ‘Enterprise Software for Founders’ and a ‘Marketplace for Contributors‘. Organisational Intelligence is at the fingertips of both founders and contributors. It is a mobile application available on both Android and IOS.

Current setup involves an insecure connection to the Express server. In UAT and Prod we need host the server under Purpus domain, with a valid SSL certificate, to ensure a secure HTTPS connection.

When the visitors leave comments on our website, the collection of data in the comments form, begins at our backend. The user’s browser and his/her IP address is also tracked for spam detection and removal.

An anonymized string (also called a hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to find out whether you are using it or not. The privacy policy followed by Gravatar service is available here: https://lightcyan-skunk-672498.hostingersite.com/privacy-policy/. When the comment is approved, your comment along with your profile picture will be visible to the public.

The visitors must not upload images with hidden location data (EXIF GPS) included, if you upload images to our website. Visitors to the website would be able to download and extract any location data from images on the website.

A message is prompted when you leave a comment on our website, to opt-in for saving your email address, name etc. by the website cookies. After adding your information once, you will not have to add them again on typing another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

There is also a check for your browser on whether it accepts cookies or not by prompting a popup. No personal data is contained in the cookie and the cookie is discarded when you close your browser.

After login, several cookies are set up in order to save your login information and your screen display choices. The life of these login cookies is two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. The duration for which your login will be saved is two weeks on selecting “Remember Me”. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

The system saves a cookie in your browser, whenever you are editing or publishing anything on our website. This cookie does not include any personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article just edited by you. It expires after 1 day.

There may be embedded content in the articles on this website (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites will behave in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Your IP address will be included in the reset email if you request a password reset.

When you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This helps us recognize and approve any future comments automatically and we do not need to hold them in a moderation queue.

We also store the personal information provided by the users that register on our website (if any) on their user profile. Every user can see, edit, or delete his/her personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators will also be able to see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or if you have left comments on this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data. Whatever data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us can be exported. Request to erase any personal data we hold about you can also be made. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Content Moderation and User Safety

Reporting and Blocking Mechanisms

• Our app provides robust tools for users to report inappropriate content, offensive behavior, or violations of our community guidelines
• Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions and maintain their personal safety
• All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, typically within 24-48 hours
• We maintain confidentiality of reporters’ identities to encourage safe reporting without fear of retaliation

Enforcement Actions

• We take immediate action upon verification of policy violations, including content removal and user warnings
• Repeat offenders or severe violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of account access
• Terminated users are prohibited from creating new accounts on our platform
• We maintain detailed records of enforcement actions to ensure consistent policy application

Zero Tolerance for Child Safety Violations

• OrgOrbit Technologies maintains absolute zero tolerance regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating CSAE is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies as required by law
• Users found sharing, requesting, or possessing CSAE material will have their accounts permanently terminated and will be reported to law enforcement authorities
• We employ both automated detection systems and human review processes to identify and remove such content
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety

Third-Party Applications

Japa Ruchi Integration

• Certain users may have access to features from Japa Ruchi, a specialized application developed by the OrgOrbit Technologies team
• Japa Ruchi functionality is provided as an integrated feature for eligible users based on their account type and permissions
• Use of Japa Ruchi features is subject to the same terms, privacy protections, and community guidelines as the main application
